This policy explains how we process personal data on the Nexeus Games website and which principles apply to all our games. Each game also has its own policy, published on its tab, which describes exactly which data that app processes and with which partners. For what happens inside a game, that game's policy applies. In the legal center you will find all the documents and answers to the most common questions.

In plain language

  • The website has no registration, forms, cookies, analytics or ad trackers.
  • The website's server keeps a technical log of each visit for 6 months, as Brazilian law requires.
  • The website's fonts, images and scripts are served by the website itself: when you open a page, your browser does not connect to third-party servers.
  • In the games, personalized ads and analytics only happen with your consent, and you can change your choice at any time.
  • We do not sell your data. You can request access, correction or deletion through the email above.

1. Data processed by the website

1.1 Access logs

Like any website, the server that hosts Nexeus Games logs each visit: IP address, date and time, page requested, referring page and technical data about the browser and system. These logs are used to keep the website running and secure and to comply with the Marco Civil da Internet (Brazilian Internet Civil Framework, Law 12,965/2014, art. 15), which requires them to be kept for 6 months. They are not used to identify visitors or for advertising.

1.2 No third-party connections

The website's fonts, images and scripts are served by the website itself. When you open a page, your browser does not connect to third-party servers, and none of your data is sent to them.

1.3 Messages you send us

If you write to our email, we process your email address and the content of the message to reply and resolve your request.

2. Data processed in the games

Each game's policy lists in detail the data, purposes and partners of that app. All our games follow these principles:

  • No registration: the games published so far do not ask for your name, email, phone number or password. Online features, such as rankings, use an automatically created anonymous identity.
  • Progress on the device: when the game stores progress only on the device, that data is not sent to us.
  • Consent first: personalized ads and analytics only start after your choice on the consent screen, and you can change your choice in the game's settings.
  • Payments through the store: purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store, and we do not receive payment data.
  • Local notifications: reminders are scheduled on the device itself, and you can turn them off.
  • Minimum necessary: the game only asks for the permissions it needs and does not access precise location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos or files, unless the game's policy says otherwise and explains why.

3. What we do not do

  • We do not sell personal data for money.
  • The website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or ads.
  • We do not ask for sensitive data, such as health, religion, racial origin or political opinion.
  • We do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects on you.

4. Legal bases

We process data under the legal bases of the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD, Brazilian General Data Protection Law, Law 13,709/2018, art. 7) and of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, art. 6):

Compliance with a legal obligation (LGPD art. 7, II; GDPR art. 6(1)(c))
Retention of the website's access logs required by the Marco Civil da Internet and response to requests from authorities.
Legitimate interest (LGPD art. 7, IX; GDPR art. 6(1)(f))
Operation and security of the website and replies to the messages you send us. You can object to this processing through the contact shown at the top.
Consent and performance of a contract
Used in the games, as described in each game's policy.

5. Who the data is shared with

  • Website hosting provider: stores the website's files and access logs, as a processor, following our instructions.
  • Email provider: receives and stores the messages sent to our contact.
  • Each game's partners: listed in the game's privacy policy.
  • Authorities: when the law requires it or by order of a competent authority.

6. International transfer

Each game's partners and, where applicable, the hosting and email providers may keep servers outside Brazil. These transfers rely on the safeguards provided for in art. 33 of the LGPD and arts. 45 and 46 of the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses, in accordance with each partner's policies.

7. How long we keep data

  • Website access logs: 6 months, after which they are deleted, unless a court order requires a longer period.
  • Messages sent to the contact: for as long as needed to handle the request and prove that it was handled.
  • Game data: for the periods set out in each game's policy.

8. Your rights

Brazil (LGPD, art. 18)

You may request confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, deletion of data processed based on consent, information about sharing, information about the possibility of not consenting and withdrawal of consent. You may also file a complaint with the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD, Brazilian National Data Protection Authority).

European Union and United Kingdom (GDPR)

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest and withdrawal of consent, and you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.

California (CCPA/CPRA)

You have the right to know, access, correct and delete personal information and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information; since the ads in the games may involve "sharing" for advertising, each game's policy explains how to opt out.

9. How to exercise your rights

In games that offer the option, you can delete your data from within the game itself, in Settings > Privacy > "Delete my data". For other requests, send an email to the contact shown at the top, with the subject "Privacy", stating which right you want to exercise. For requests about a game, state which game it is and, if it is about the ranking, the name shown for you in the game, because we do not have your name or email linked to the anonymous account. We reply within the time limits of the applicable law, and we may ask for information to confirm that the request refers to your data.

10. Children and teenagers

The website is not directed at children. Each game states the age group it is intended for and how it processes minors' data. If you are responsible for a child and believe we have processed their data without an adequate legal basis, contact us and we will delete the data we can locate.

11. Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and does not store visitor data beyond the access logs. We limit the data processed to what is necessary and access to it to those who need it. No system is completely secure; if an incident occurs that may pose a significant risk to you, we will notify you and the ANPD, as the law requires.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, the games or the law change. The new version is published on this page with the new effective date. When a change requires new consent, it will be requested before the change takes effect.

13. Languages

The original text of this policy is in Portuguese. The versions in other languages are translations provided for ease of reading; if they differ, the Portuguese version prevails.

14. Contact

Questions, requests and complaints about privacy: use the contact shown at the top of this page. This channel is also the channel for communicating with the data protection officer, as provided for in the LGPD.
