Nutty Puzzles Terms of Use

Effective from September 26, 2026. This is a translation of the Portuguese original; if the two differ, the Portuguese version prevails.

These terms apply to your use of the Nutty Puzzles game on Android and iOS. In them, "we" means the company named in the box above and "you" means the player. By installing or playing the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

These terms complement the Nexeus Games General Terms of Use, which apply to all our games. Where they address a matter specifically, these terms apply to Nutty Puzzles in place of the general ones.

1. License

We grant you a personal, free, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and play Nutty Puzzles on devices you own or control, for your personal entertainment only and not for commercial purposes. The game is licensed, not sold.

These terms add to the terms of the store you downloaded the game from: the Google Play Terms of Service on Android and, on iOS, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). On iOS, if anything in these terms conflicts with Apple's EULA regarding the app license, Apple's EULA prevails.

2. Age

Nutty Puzzles is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 18, you should play with the permission of a parent or guardian, who is also responsible for purchases made on the device. You can require a password or approval for purchases in the Google Play or App Store settings.

3. Coins and in-game items

The game has coins, lives, boosters, tickets, collection items, pets, treats and scenes (the "virtual items"). About them:

• They are a limited license to use within the game. They are not your property, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or goods, and cannot be sold or transferred to another person or account.
• They are stored on your device. If you clear the app's data, uninstall the game, switch devices or lose your device, they are lost, because the game has no cloud save. Premium is the exception: it can be restored with the restore purchases button, using the same store account.
• We may adjust coin prices, rewards and game balance to keep the game fair and fun, without taking away what has already been delivered to you.

4. Purchases

• Coin packs, the starter pack and Premium are sold through Google Play or the App Store. The price is the one the store shows at the time of purchase, in your local currency, and payment is processed by the store.
• Premium is a one-time purchase: it removes all ads, grants video rewards instantly and gives 5,000 coins once. Coin packs are consumable: the coins are added right away and cannot be restored once spent or erased.
• Refunds follow the store's rules (Google Play or App Store), without prejudice to your rights under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Law 8,078/1990) and the law of your country.
• If you paid and did not receive the item, write to the contact shown at the top with the store receipt. The same purchase is never delivered twice.

5. Ads

The game is supported by third-party ads, served by Unity LevelPlay and the Unity Ads network. Rewarded videos are optional: the reward is granted when the video ends, and there may be a daily limit on videos. We do not control the content of each ad or the sites and apps being advertised; if you see an inappropriate ad, let us know through the contact. How your data is used for ads is explained in the Privacy Policy.

6. Rankings and conduct

The rankings use an anonymous account and an automatically generated name. The name, scores, pet, scene and level are visible to other players. While there are few real players, the rankings are filled in with computer rivals, marked as such on screen.

You may not:

• cheat, use automation tools, modify the app or the game's memory, or change the device clock to gain an advantage;
• exploit bugs instead of reporting them to us;
• decompile, reverse engineer or redistribute the game, except where the law allows it;
• use the game or its services for commercial or illegal purposes, or to disrupt other players.

If we detect any of this conduct, we may remove or reset scores and block the anonymous account's access to the rankings.

7. Intellectual property

The game, the Nutty Puzzles name, the marks, art, characters, texts and code belong to us or to our licensors. Third-party components, such as the Unity engine, the Titan One font (SIL Open Font License) and the public domain (CC0) music, are governed by their own licenses. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you beyond the license in section 1.

8. Availability and updates

The game is provided as is, with its current features. The campaign and modes work offline; the rankings, ads and purchases depend on a connection and on third-party services, which may be unavailable. We may release updates, change or remove features and, with reasonable notice, shut down the game's online services. Some updates may be required to keep playing.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, for progress lost by clearing data, uninstalling or switching devices, or for failures of third-party services such as app stores, ad networks and internet providers. Nothing in this section limits our liability where the law does not allow such a limitation, in particular consumer rights under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code.

10. Privacy

How your data is handled is described in the Nutty Puzzles Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the game or the law changes. The new version is published on this page with a new effective date. Changes that reduce your rights only apply going forward and are published with reasonable advance notice. If you do not agree with the new version, you can stop playing and uninstall the game.

12. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. If you are a consumer in Brazil, you may bring a claim in the courts where you live, as guaranteed by the Consumer Defense Code. If you live in another country, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of your local law.
