General documents
Documents for each game
The terms and privacy policy specific to each game.
How the documents fit together
- 1General Terms of Use
The foundation: the rules for using the website and all our games, such as license, purchases, conduct and liability.
- 2Each game's terms
They cover what is specific to each game, such as coins, rankings and Premium. Where they address a matter specifically, they apply in place of the general terms.
- 3General Privacy Policy
Covers this website and the principles all games follow: no registration, consent before personalized ads and payments through the store.
- 4Each game's privacy policy
Describes exactly which data that app processes, for what purpose and with which partners.
The store terms (Google Play and App Store) also apply, and no document takes away your consumer rights or your rights under the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law). The original text is in Portuguese; the translations are there to make reading easier.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to create an account to play?
No. Our games do not ask for registration, email or password. When an online feature needs to identify you, such as the ranking, the game automatically creates an anonymous identity.
What data do you collect?
It depends on the game, and each game's policy lists everything. On the website, only the technical access log the server keeps for 6 months. The website does not use cookies, analytics or third-party services.
Do you sell my data?
No. In free games, ad networks use technical data to deliver ads; personalized ads only with your consent.
How do I change my choice about personalized ads?
In the privacy settings inside the game. You can also reset or delete the advertising ID in your device's settings.
How do I request deletion of my data?
In the game itself: in Nutty Puzzles, in Settings > Privacy > "Delete my data", which deletes the anonymous ranking account, the scores, the analytics data already sent and the progress on the device. If you prefer, request it by email, stating the game and the name shown for you in the ranking.
I switched devices. Can I recover my progress?
It depends on the game: each game's policy and terms say where progress is stored. In Nutty Puzzles, progress is stored only on the device and cannot be recovered, but Premium is restored with the restore purchases button, using the same store account.
How do I request a refund for a purchase?
Through the store where the purchase was made: on Google Play, through your Google account's order history; on the App Store, through Apple's report a problem website. Your consumer rights still apply.
I paid but did not receive the item. What should I do?
Write to our email with the store's receipt and the game's name. We will check the purchase and deliver the item.
A child made a purchase without permission.
Ask the store for a refund, since it has its own rules for this case, and turn on the password or approval requirement for purchases in the Google Play or App Store settings.
Are the documents the same in every language?
They have the same content. The original text is in Portuguese, and if a translation differs, the Portuguese version prevails.
Can the documents change?
Yes, when the games or the law change. Each document shows its effective date, and changes that reduce your rights are announced in advance.
I saw an inappropriate ad or found a problem. How do I report it?
Write to our email with the game's name, what happened and, if possible, a screenshot.
